The puppet master who committed fraud on WOGI by stealing 23million shares and continues to dumped shares. If you don't believe it then call Broadridge TA and ask to speak to Philip Iacono Senior Director of Operations and ask about the situation described in this post.

Matt Dwyer of BCAP now GCGX submitted a fake electronic signature of the old CEO to Broadridge to steal 23 million shares of WOGI and has been dumping them in the market.

If true and if Broadridge knows it and can confirm it as you suggest in your post, isn't Broadridge complicit in the theft if they haven't taken action against Matt Dwyer? Certainly, I should think Nathan Hall could involve the authorities with any proof of theft and with the help of a transfer agent who would want, one would think, to protect their reputation. Hmmm?

And if Sunbiz administrative dissolution is the proof of "failed businesses," Hall, Nathan is running a close second to Matt in terms of numbers. LOL

Criminal conspiracies notwithstanding, I think Nathan Hall remains in the known felon lead with that felony conviction and prison term. As for the rest of your post, how does Matt Dwyer's pot enterprise relate to World Oil Group or provide any information whatsoever about WOGI's current status?

By what you are stating for if it where true, then Broadridge would have to report it to the authorities who would have to investigate the claims. The attorney who issued the legal would be questioned as would the broker.

This allegedly happened almost 4 years ago, hmmm not buying it need to hear it first hand from Philip.....
