If true and if Broadridge knows it and can confirm it as you suggest in your post, isn't Broadridge complicit in the theft if they haven't taken action against Matt Dwyer? Certainly, I should think Nathan Hall could involve the authorities with any proof of theft and with the help of a transfer agent who would want, one would think, to protect their reputation. Hmmm?
And if Sunbiz administrative dissolution is the proof of "failed businesses," Hall, Nathan is running a close second to Matt in terms of numbers. LOL
