Thank you for re-posting that number. I was just about to go back to look for it as I remembered the 3.1 number. I am truthfully concerned that Steve told us to verify it with the TA and failed to un-gag the TA so he (the TA) could respond. This (the gagged TA) is the first real loss of trust for me in what Steve is doing. If the TA remains gagged, there will be a major increase in the distrust of Steve by the shareholders. JMO, but I know I am correct! ! !

How can anyone believe/trust the share structure when the TA remains gagged? It is impossible. Is there a reason Steve is helping to drive the share price down?

Between 7/31/2018 and 10/31/2018, close to one billion shares traded with a change in the OS of 7.5 million shares. Feelings are different than data. At that time, I was surprised to learn that the OS only went up by 7.5 millions. Data speak louder than feelings. Let's go with data.

Last Friday, or technically last Thursday, the CEO talked about the OS reduction and cited the number of shares reduced from the 10/31/2018, and reduce the OS by 1.4 billion shares. Then we had Friday, Monday, and Tuesday tradings close to a 131 million shares. Do you really think that these shares were simply dilution? I think not.

I just checked the OTC site for a change, and guess what came across the screen before I ever put in a search? AN ADD ASKING IF I WAS READY TO TRADE ONCI BY TD AMERITRADE

How are we doing, has there really been NO dilution? I wonder how many folks sold their positions thinking they'd be able to buy cheaper because there must be some dilution going on. Oops.
