Thank you for re-posting that number. I was just about to go back to look for it as I remembered the 3.1 number. I am truthfully concerned that Steve told us to verify it with the TA and failed to un-gag the TA so he (the TA) could respond. This (the gagged TA) is the first real loss of trust for me in what Steve is doing. If the TA remains gagged, there will be a major increase in the distrust of Steve by the shareholders. JMO, but I know I am correct! ! !

How can anyone believe/trust the share structure when the TA remains gagged? It is impossible. Is there a reason Steve is helping to drive the share price down?
