Last 6 weeks shows ascent not descent.

The last 6 weeks is nothing but noise.

If you cherry pick your time frame you can make it look like it is ascending or descending or flat.
1 month ago (1/16/19) it was at 14;
3 months ago (11/12/18) it was at 14;
3.5 months ago (10/20/18) it was at 14;
4/11/2016 it was at 13;
4/6/2015 it was at 13;
1/26/2015 it was at 14;
