Keep looking, the Louisiana SoS site lists New Orleans Teleport, Inc. as "active" and "in good standing" with their last report filled 1/17/2006. (Louisiana SoS, commercial division, corporations database)
New Orleans Teleport's corp profile says they own Network Teleport, Inc.
Olsen and co are Network Teleports, LLC. (Nevada) 2 different companies.
I'm believing the SoS over Olsen's PR, but that's just me.
