OK, I just did the DD on chronology. Lamont's NTI was revoked in La. by the SoS on 6/15/05. TMM acquired it after it was revoked in 9/2005 per the PR announcing the acquisition. Then Frank, Vinny and Shintaku incorporated it as a NV LLC in 10/2005. God knows if Calls Plus incorporated secretly in Deleware where Lamont has other corps. From what is public, it appears Frankie & co. acquired Calls Plus in the NTI acquistion from TMM and formed a LLC in NV which is revoked as of 11/1/06.
