After plenty of research I have seen many many companies that have 3D products but I have seen none that were totally opaque - meaning solid, and non transparent....where it does not allow any light to shine through...that is what 3D and OU claim they can do with their technology utilizing nanotechnology, aerogel, and that "rare earth element" that has not yet been identified...

Id like to know the name of this French company you are referring to...just because this stuff is quite fascinating...

Anyway - for the short term...we made a bullish harami pattern today signaling what could be the reversal we've been hoping for...we need tomorrow to be a positive day to confirm this reversal...

Could be a nice entry point for someone...I know Ive bought some more down here...these are all great prices imo...

Next level of strong support beneath us is at about .65...lets hope we dont have to go down there and test that support.....ever...lol

And yes, the financing they just recieved will mainly be put towards marketing but also for some continued r&d...

I asked Philip why they went the debenture route for financing instead of a more conventional route. He said that the company was not interested in any long term debt. It appears the deal they (3Dicon) worked (according to the pr) with Golden Gate Investors is better than the way many of these types of loans are structured. He also said they understand no one likes to see any kind of dilution, but they strongly believe that it is more important that they are well financed going into this next phase (marketing) because then their success rate will be far greater, which in turn will make everyone very happy in the end.

I agree...marketing is a critical element to any business plan and it is not cheap to do it right...
