Any top US 'Householder Name' company won't be involved with a BIEL merger; it would be an acquisition of BIEL. Whether that would benefit BIEL current shareholders is an entirely different question.
Seriously doubt that rumor has any validity, but if it were to come to fruition (and 'talks' are a far cry from execution), I would be hoping for a PPS run-up based on the fueled buzz and looking for a nice exit point prior to any deal being consummated. Once the ink dries on any agreement, shareholders are stuck with whatever deal AW signs. It would be absurdly foolish to think he will care one bit about common shareholders if he gets a price with which he can live. They will have ceased being required to fund his consecutive losing quarter streak.
