My best guess is that harvest day will be Thursday, Feb. 21st. This will allow just enough time for some of the shrimp to be shipped to a few restaurants and served on Friday and Saturday. I assume Chef Michael Scott in Dallas will receive his fair share of the harvest. If not the 21st, then the 28th, but it needs to be on a Thursday, IMHO. Hopefully, we will read some nice articles in the business sections of Sunday papers across the state. And then comes the WSJ article Monday morning that sends the stock to $4. IT'S ALL JUST MY OPINION. Go SHMP!!!!!!
