Let's not get our knickers bunched up. This is a good sign for Amarin, they're small but growing. They're increasing their white collar staff, making room for sales folks etc. So back of the napkin math from a former Facilities Engineer. Figure about 200 sq.ft per person cubicle space (includes buffers), plus another 10,000 sq ft. For conference rooms, restrooms, hallways. Perhaps a cafeteria 7000 sq ft. We also don't know if Amarin will have a loading dock? Nahhhh, I don't get the feeling that Amarin is shopping itself, growing itself for sure. Let's see, so a staff of at least 500 people would require all of this space. Sounds to me like they're expanding. Companies for sale don't add office space.
