well, they have $1.6 mil in notes that are convertible at .01-.015, so yes, i think that is going to happen all next week, which will pour lots of new shares into the float. they are not at the point of financing or any sales or revenues or any of that, so the notes have to be converted to be paid back. dilution is the name of the game for now. it was obvious with the last spike to .69, that mm's were squeezing out the last buyers they could. monday will be brutal for sellers.

There is nothing wrong with taking profit, that is why we are all here. If that is what your gut is telling you then do it, I myself sold at .24 and pocketed $240K because I thought for sure it was gonna crash, boy was I wrong but I am not hanging my head, I turned $6100 into $240K in just under 70 days. Although I left over $380K on the table as of friday's close I am not sad
