well, they have $1.6 mil in notes that are convertible at .01-.015, so yes, i think that is going to happen all next week, which will pour lots of new shares into the float. they are not at the point of financing or any sales or revenues or any of that, so the notes have to be converted to be paid back. dilution is the name of the game for now. it was obvious with the last spike to .69, that mm's were squeezing out the last buyers they could. monday will be brutal for sellers.
