Why would PWC claim they don’t have the power/responsibility to cancel the shares via finra and now suddenly try to say they did (we don’t even know what finra was told)?
Why would finra be told shares are cancelled if they still have BioAmber Inc. matters to resolve? They wouldn’t.
Did it say shares were cancelled in that report? Wouldn’t be confidential anymore at this point if that’s what finra was told and they could make that the new banner on their bioamber page. It would match the warning in the info box perfectly.
