This is nothing new corruption been going on for 30 years but this should not be a shock to LP who has been the the Health industry and finance.

There were other small biotech that made it tru the storm but NWBO constantly harp about the shorts like they were the only company that got battered. The OTCb was a mistake NWBO was able to get manipulated even more but it suit her with the financing and how many times she can finance, price and the amount of shares she can give away. Her financing brought the company down to the levels we are at it also gave the shorts the oppurtinity to manipulate even more.

Lets call a spade a spade and not make excuses for the LP CEO and Les VP who are responsible for the companies finances and action.

Cochrane take no 'commercial or conflicted funding'. Any dilution of their fiercely independent stance would be a great shame.

I think the recent Gates Foundation funding is a big negative for them; it is essentially conflicted funding because Gates are all about using vaccines to solve third world health problems. Any critical analysis of a vaccine they are behind is going to be an issue. The trigger for Gotzsche’s defenestration (sorry, just like the way it sounds) was the Gardasil review.

Dr Malcolm Kendrick, who you are no doubt familiar with, went this far in describing the potential impact on Cochrane:

one wonders if the lamps truly are turning out across the world. Perhaps never to be turned on again.

A definite difference in tone from his typical cynical, joking, acute observations.

It’s been on my list to pick up — this series of posts has motivated me to take the plunge. I’m very interested in seeing the level of evidence he brings in making the case that BP is essentially organized crime. It’s a provocative question: how close does that model match?

As Johnnie Cochran might say, “If the glove fits tight, you must indict.”
