Hmmm! What about the company management staff, such as Keith, and others, do you think they are in on your alleged scam as well? Even if they don't stand to profit directly if your scenario comes to past, but nonetheless, they must have knowledge of this scheme. If we have any experts on corporate law on this board, or otherwise have access to that legal talent, a good question for them would be, is what you outlined criminal behavior?
BIEL management was thinking ahead a long time ago to make sure they were/are taken care of in any eventuality.
Personally, I think that the product has not been developed satisfactorily to be of interest to a large buyer. This I believe was demonstrated recently via the Bayer episode.
I agree, something is wrong with the way these folks are running this company. Thus, if things don't change soon, regarding management's ineffectiveness, the value of the company will be reduced to rubble. Then, of course, who would consider buying something that's valueless? So, from my POV, BIEL's management just doesn't have a clue!!
