Short story , some failed ventures , and currently looking to Merge or reverse merge with an established company with revenues. Share Structure has remained in tact , company has been kept current while the CEO narrows down his search.
December 2017 on a two day paid promo the PPS ran to .40. So anything subsantive would move the PPS up quickly
Seeing that the share structure remained the same after the run to .40, leads me to also believe that none of the private equity investors sold their shares , which is also a good sign as they having signed a non disclosure agreement have more behind the scenes information than the common shareholders.
