who is buying this stock with $6.5 mil in debt and $1.6 mil of convertible debt? i would take over 250 mil new shares to retire all the liabilities. that would quickly send shmp back to .01. folks had to have some crazy balls to buy this stock above .25 with all that debt on the books. that is a ton. and why does anybdy think that the company should have a market cap of $100 mil? that is CRAZY shmp buyer beware
