I`ll actually agree with that based on the evidence. False would be if it where completely made up not studying the underlying facts as a supposition. I was thinking of an example between AMD and Intel that was immediately dispelled by both companies when I used the word false based on my previous experiences of corporations dispelling a partnership. That one was completely made up about the two companies partnering on a chip published on a supposed analyst board specifically to drive prices up. No speculation, not based on underlying facts.Just counterfeit rumors designed to drive prices.
