I spoke with him at length earlier.
He is also the investor relations officer for UBQU and had advised me at the time that the company was coming to Market with shares to raise Capital to fund business operations.
In the case of GGII, he confirmed in our telephone conversations at there is no dilution whatsoever from within the company or by way of convertible notes and there haven't been any issuances since around 2015 and those issuances are restricted shares and owned by individuals that are very friendly to the company.
They are getting with their attorneys right now to fine-tune the advisory board appointment, and they are not certain whether there will be enough time in the week to issue that particular update - but that update is not really anything blockbuster. It's just an appointment to the Advisory Board indicating who the individual or individuals are and their credentials.
Craig stated that the company is being approached by numerous other companies seeking a joint venture and that acquisitions could be forthcoming.
