There is no way to use a low 5 year number like 25%, we'd be at 404 events or more.

In order to still be standing and not reported yet, 297 is the closest we can come, and that would be 43% - 49.8%

If we are 100% perfect... then... we should have been fast tracked by now...

There is a center of gravity in all the numbers...
