I feel for you. I have been here 2 years this month. Sitting on over 1 million shares. I added an additional $10,000 over a year ago with plans to pull some of that back out once the uplist was done. But Roger continually said tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. And now he can't say anything. Now my additional $10,000 is worth less that it was a year ago and I can't sell.

Buy a manufactured home in Los Banos (make shure to get a roof air conditioner), then commute to the Souff Bay by 33 to 152 to 101 in Gilroy. If yer yobb is in the Norff Bay, buy a hovel in Martinez, drive the 680 to Walnut Creek, and use a monthly BART pass and AC Transit bus pass.

No need to hope for Hapless Roger and the dogshit AMFE pennycrapper to come thru.

Reach out to Roger, and tell him exactly what you said here. He might not be able to give you any privileged information, but it is always better to hear from the man himself regardless.

I was in a similar position not too long ago. Thankfully everything was able to work out without me needing to sell any of my shares, but I understand where you are coming from. Your life is more important than anything else, and if you need the money you need it. It would suck however for you to sell your shares only for the price to immediately soar afterwards.

The last press release, Roger stated that the audit would be finished by the end of the first quarter of the calendar year. That means by the end of March. You can use that as an indicator. Good luck
