You read what Smith and Basin stated for 2018. Apparently it turned out to be a scrub in 2018 and no lock.

For 2015 and 2016 spring there was said, by LP, to be a spring refresh.

For 2016 December, you are correct that Les said they were running around getting numbers to answer a request, but Linda got the Flu in January 2017, then....well we got the Journal of Translational medicine saying the data was as of March 2017. So I can't answer your question other then to say, March 2017 data was somewhere frozen between December 2016 and March 2017. Not unlike we are seeing for the current 2019 data. Is that your point? If it is. Good point.
