Every time I have seen the private daisy chain boards - it always ends badly for the company/shareholders.

The reason for the private boards is that they only want to hear the bluesky nonsense and not real DD and facts. They have been crushed in intellectual discourse.

The death knell has sounded for OWCP.

Smallville, you my friend are dead on the money. You neither bash nor pump the company.You just call it like it is and I respect that. Too many shady things happening in a new start up company is not a good sign. Add in all the delays and this is what we have today. If they drop below .09 you can forget about it cause there going back to a penny or below. I got out this morning!!! I'm still carefully watching but am not crazy about what I am seeing right now.
