This ticket OWCP has done nothing since it high 2 years ago. From 3.23 to 0.095 cent... hopefully you guys are seeing the light and understand this isn't something to resting your hopes and dreams upon, but who am I to tell anyone how to spend their money. Just don't get lost in the false hope, they promise to produce something and never do ... even these supposed test/trials they state they are running, there's no verifiable proof. I can't remember anything they have actually verified in regards to what they are doing or have done.
