Edit: actually I located a screenshot of the slide at SNO (slide 19). It is vague. All it states is:
Slide Header: Current Status of Phase III DCVax-L ...

third bullet point:
PFS re-review by independent outside panel based on modern criteria (RANO, iRANO etc)
