I don't know for a fact that there will be any deal announced this week.

However, I do know for a fact that the rumours were about Aphria...go take a look at any of the Aphria forums. This is why Aphria's share price increased 50% this week and ACB was only slightly in the green. They are "rumours" so there is no news article out on it yet, so they only exist on the forums and other informal sources. News agencies can't report on it yet, which is why midas letter couldn't name names.

Once ACB gets a deal, it's only going to bounce the share price by a few dollars unfortunately, do to the massive amount of shares outstanding.
