Talley: Triple damages should be in order if the court finds infringement....i.e. considering that every sale by the infringer(s) took away a sale from Amarin,the infringer(s) should pay three times amounts of their sales.....that might discourage further infringers and reimburse Amarin for some of the cash outlay they used in developing and patenting Vascepa
