The 1:15 Rs was done to give a BIG gap over the Listing Price of $4 and it also has the added advantage of making the float so low Shorty will have a hard time covering without chasing it and it shook all the weak shareholders and traders out Friday. Now we have a tight float (likely locked right up) that is held by long term shareholders who will hold their shares tightly. It is going to be a fun ride up!
