This company's history is very clear...

They'll do anything to try and get the stock out of it's hole so the third party noteholders can sell and make money. The only problem is now you have the SEC watching them very closely for false statements.

The only thing that matters are sales. BIEL has less than 2 months for Q4, plenty of time for all kinds of "rumors".
