If you look at the CEO.CA/FMG site they have a link to the SEDI insider filings (date is Jan 18 2019)

They have like 20 sales by Jim Voisin starting after his last buy in April. I'm not sure the share counts are reported 100% correctly, but it seems pretty concerning he's dumping shares for .015 and .02 if he still believes in the company IMO. Seems like a big red flag to me.
