Hello DMDMD2020,

what do you estimate from today's level of your knowledge, when do they begin to pay out the values from the Safe Harbor?

Many greetings from Germany also to all the others who believe in SafeHarbor

4) Hopefully shortly after the BK cases are closed, FDIC can unfreeze the seized assets that were bankruptcy remote WMI non-Banking assets (i.e. retained interests/beneficial interests in certificate participation in MBS Trusts created by WMI subsidiaries, real estate, mineral rights, Credit Default Swap payouts, etc.) and fully resolve the Receivership.

With this what could be the possible payout to shareholders?

There is enough money to pay the attorney fees and PIERS with spare change left and yet they drag on for years. I think what they will do is to pay PIERS and then escrows at the same time and then shutdown WMILT and the FDIC closes the receivership, all at the same time, so that nobody can complain. There will be no more Chad Smith to write because he will get the pink slip.

DM DM

Thanks for the informative posts. Please advise what direction is given by which agency to the FDIC to release any BK REMOTE ASSETS. I think this is a question that is on mind of many of us investors that have escrowd.
