Yep, I understand they do it by site and try to balance by different factors and can conceive of how one would program it to make it work out as optimally as possible. I was offering a ballpark estimate, but as you point out, it shouldn’t get as unbalanced as that.

I’m having a hard time believing someone intervened and purposely skewed things in one direction.

Imbalance can occur if enrollment is truncated mid-block I suppose. But unless the block size was huge, I can't see a reason for such a dramatic imbalance. And who would use a huge block size in a 330 patient trial?

Yes, the block size has to be divisible by 3. And there are only 2 stratification factors. Since it is multi-site there is no need for variable block sizes (i think).

Anyway, bizarre. Add it to the long list of bizarre NWBO things. A&WC? LOL

Been very busy and haven't kept up here. Do people realize LP only needs one single vote to be re-elected because she is unopposed? This vote is a real cliff hanger.
