How far along were these previous LOI's when the PR was released? IMO Harvest360 has a team that has likely looked into things more than just a LOI, but they are just calling it a LOI. They have conference call with Todd Scatinni to introduce him as CEO on Feb 12. I don't see why Harvest360 would be so closely associating themselves with BLDV if things were not on the up and up. Plus this LOI is helping BLDV acquire up to 49% of Canna10 NA due to the fact the that the acquisition of Harvest360 makes them a stronger company. That is a big help to help deals proceed.
I am sure Harvest360 would have seen all the underlying concerns that you have, but the concerns are not there. Clement Hayes who co-founded Harvest360 also co-founded Block 45 legal. It is likely he would have checked into BVLD's history before any negotiations to sign a LOI took place and given his counsel not to have dealings with BLDV.
This is not a done deal I know but it does give the impression that things are further along than releasing a simple LOI. Harvest360's team already helped BLDV win the bid in Virginia. They are already working together and they have planned shows, they are already working as a team. Seems like they are both liking what they see from each other.
