September 21, 2017- Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BLDV) has finalized a letter of intent and $25,000 deposit from Quality Green Inc. to offer a build-to-lease building for cannabis grow. This assignment is part of the Innovative Growth Group Fund that intends to establish numerous buildings in the U.S. and Canada over the imminent 18 months. New Project will set up a minimum of $1 million from the Growth Fund.

Alper's LOI's have meant nothing so far. Quality Green found that out and moved on without him. It's possible H360 will be the exception. I'll wait till it actually is.
