I’ve provided links backing up what I’ve said. What I’ve said comes from experience and multiple observations. Many here are first timers that know it all apparently.

As I said to somebody else, show me an example of what “longs” are saying is going to happen here in a similar case... I’ll wait.

Also, don’t point at 4% gains on elevated volume like it’s a good sign. It’s the OTC. 4% is nearly negligible and it’s gone down 4% on elevated volume just as much as it’s gone up. I have never claimed people are massively selling off right now if that’s what you’re trying to say.

I have said in the past two weeks leading up to the hearing, there have been many more sells than buys. I would say that is an indication that all you confident “longs” aren’t as confident as you try to present. If all of you really believed this would be a slam dunk and all really knew you have the litigation process pinned down, you would be sending this north of 2 pennies, maybe 3. Instead, here we sit going up and down between 0.0155 and 0.0180 on less than 40 million in volume in the last two weeks.
