It would be a super strange coincidence if all the bashing stopped the day a certain someone, who may or may not own land and therefore live in, say, Ontario, Canada, was able to buy ACRL.
There is several exploration companies on the TSX venture exchange that don’t have 43-101 this is one of the ways they raise funds to complete this. There are regulations as to whether they are a mining company (actual commercial production) or exploration company. Aben resources for example had no 43-101 and is in the TSX ( I own this stock feel free to buy in;) as well as ACRL) I would not believe anything that is written on here do your own DD. ACRL is a risk with a huge upside potential IMO.
