That’s reality bud. Denying that is denying the truth. Nobody is going to roll over like you think they will. Else they would have done it already.
You can say the others were ready to settle all you want but there’s no paper trail on that. Calling a meeting doesn’t mean they are going to settle. The truth is they all are trying to get out of it on the SA ruling. What does that tell you? That they’re ready to roll over or they’re going to try and get out of it?
I forgot to mention, if any of these go to trial it’ll be another year before a ruling and then 3-4 years before money ever changes hands because a whole new appeal process begins. There are plenty examples of patent trolls winning and not getting paid for at least 4 years past their initial ruling.
