No one has ever done this type of trial or seen these types of results with a crossover trial. They are blazing new trails and looking at a number of possible pathways, and may pursue different paths in different countries. Statements made by Gottlieb over the last 6 months have been very favorable to NWBO.

Flipper; I feel this is consistent with what they've been saying for a while and I don't see how it gives an impression that they've looked at interim data. I would believe the fact that "all patients appear to be living longer" was a general inference from the investigators via Dr. Liau and that they have been trying to figure out how to develop a statistical plan for a while now to deal with this, i.e. the "blazing new trails"...

There are numerous papers that have been published regarding this type of confoundment in the past few years and one doesn't just pick something out of a hat to deal with it.

What is it about this that seems to bother you?
