I bet we would not see the previous Bottom $3.46 again in the Entire 2019! FTR will be topped at $3.45 ~ $2.89 or below before 12/31/2019. The current New Bottom $1.81 will be broken down very soon...

I'll short 100K shares at $2.89 and 100K shares at $3.45 if FTR could bounce to those top-ceiling price levels!
