...lol......you prove my point!! Even IF the merger does finalize, the new company will have to file REAL financials with a REAL audited return. Then and only then it MAY get to .50 IF the company actually is doing what Milligan states.
However, if the sales/profit figures he uses are real....the 500 million shares dived by 2.4 million in pre-tax profit would put share value (using 30 times earnings ) at about .18....NO WAY this sees .50 this year or in the first 6 months of next year.
