The scenario with them leaving makes about as much sense as Ken’s shelving AXAL comment before researching its potential with any experts!

My bullshit detector has been going off every since Ken threatened to shelve AXAL. Amgen walking was no different and then the proxy. All designed to elicit as many shareholder casualties as possible IMO.
