Your scenario could`ve played out like this--Adxs wanted much more for HOT then Amgn payed for NEO,and Amgn wanted all the HOT entirely,like NEO,and Adxs balked,and Amgn walked. The problem with this is that Amgn has the power,and we`re cash strapped,and practically on our knees,so Amgn could take both the NEO and the HOT,entirely,for a fraction of what they`re potentially worth. I sure hope we get deals with Merck or BMY to get us off our knees,,whether your scenario plays out,or not.
