Actually disagree , not that it matters. In looking at PPS history , the last time the PPS was at a dollar that I can see was MARCH 1st 2018, so an entire YEAR has not past yet. The main reason "IT DOES NOT MATTER" to me is that a six month extension is EASY TO GET. With what is going on currently see the PPS well above a buck in that extended time frame. So see NO PINK possible.
