yes. it ain't pretty, but it is listed on otcmarkets. They also filed with the New Jersey SOS 20 mil preferred shares at an initial price of a buck a share. They can't do a RS unless they remove two board members, which likely won't happen. Instead, I believe they will convert their insider shares to preferred soon.
