Yep... they finishing up eliminating debt. Anshu just became the new CEO. There is still a merger on the table, but Anshu thinks he can make this company work before fully pursuing the Scepter deal.
The company is pink current fully reporting. We will likely not get any news until the next Q - around the first or second week of Feb. After that, I would imagine the .0002's will be long gone. We will either get a PR with a plan or we will get .0002's again until they do.
Anshu has shown that he is interested in shareholder value in that other company and I expect no less here.
