rick - great post, and from some of the posters on this board and others it seems that Sam KNOWS who to talk to and who not to. Give the CEO of a corporation some respect and consideration and he is an open book, treat him like a message board poster and he will never respond.

Look at the list of people who the CEO responds to versus the list of those who never get a response and it is very clear. For all of you that have spoken to Sam you know why, and for those that never get a response look in the mirror and you will have your answer.

Rick

Speaking for myself, I do not plan on being long term here.

Strat has a very promising future on paper indeed. However, Sam needs to realize that communication is a vital factor if you plan on building investor confidence, new and existing investors. One can see what happens when you stop talking by looking at the past few months here. PPS declines....

He has a great opportunity to keep the momo going as long as he takes the time to followup. The Oct. 24th PR is great, don't get me wrong. But if you communicate that you plan on delivering a product it is best to also state in a timely fashion that the product has been delivered. It has now been 15 days since that release and no confirmation that the deal has truely been sealed. I fear that longs and newbies will soon see sub penny if the communication gaps are not cleared up.

You all are more than welcome to invest as you see fit, but you also need to realize by utilizing an effective communication strategy SPRL could already be at .03+. In time I have no doubt that you will again see .12+ in the very near future. No fluff PR's or daily's needed to accomplish this.

Been typing since 6am and that is enough for me tonight ;)

A good example of what you say happened

on Sunday when Sam returned the several messages I left for him. He had asked me to do some research for him on a number of seemingly unrelated things. Because he has been so busy I had to leave the information with Tanya and confirmed it by email. He called to thank me for my efforts and that what I found was what he wanted.

I seized the opportunity to ask a couple of questions regarding news releases and the financials. He stated that the news releases are driven by events and it should not be too long before there are more as much progress is being made. Typical Sam, no dates, no hint of content. He follows the fair disclosure rules with a passion. As for the financials he has been in contact with Sherb (as has his US business attorney, not Robert Langer who only handles Russian and other international dealings) and they are getting closer to completion. Sherb will be doing the audit and FY 2005 financials. Sam will use another firm for FY 2006 and on. He does not want to go through the problems he has had with Sherb again. It is quite obvious they have kept Strat at the very bottom of the "pecking order."

Here again, if anything can be construed by his voice and speech inflections he is quite satisfied as to the way progress is being made. A day or two after the 10/25 news release he indicated he would have to go to Russia before the end of the year. When I asked about that he said he still has to go but would not elaborate further.

All in all it was good to speak to him and nice of him to show appreciation but beyond that I did not come away with anything of substance. However, I still feel that this will become an excellent investment and if the volume lately says anything I am not alone in that opinion.
