I see it as her just asking the court to make sure that they can't run off with the BULK of the estate even though giving us a good chunk of deal, if they are going to be monetizing and leveraging this they may just feel they are due even more, all the time they have done it with our money.
i'm also perplexed by this, all of a sudden just when it looks like this may all finally be coming to an end some seem to be very concerned we're about to be robed blind. I don't posses the brainial capacities to understand why exactly.
