The most important thing is this audit and all 10Ks moving forward. The next important thing is that we find out how we are trending with revenue. The next thing is to get us uplisted. JV expansion can wait until they get us the numbers.

Do I still believe in the business? Yes, but this is getting ridiculous. I can think of no reasonable expansion why we are still waiting.
