I disagree on where the $6m went. There was still $1m left as of the last filing and we had big $ dumped into MA, OR, and California.
I pretty much agree with you on everything else though. At the very least file report on time, come through with the cross listing and drop the a/s as promised. Those are 3 very simple tasks that WW/Lori have not accomplished.
