Face to face? LOL With who? The only thing I wish we could visit is the printer room, with the share printers, with a baseball bat?

:-)

Were you watching L-2 at the time? They can flash a bid and sell in seconds. I was distracted, in fact I had lost internet for an hour.

I doubt the seller was retail, but I guess it is possible. The largest daily volume in a single round number trade sure looked staged or arranged. Be interesting to see if any one I know bought them and got lucky (lucky only if they can sell them all over time at a gain?).

Right now it looks like Ponder has run out of Voodoo economics tricks, hats and rabbits for the hats, to save this mess of Quick Sand, till the 10-K is filled. He has had 21 months now to deal with the share price issues and the convertible debt problems.

Yes he might yet salvage things, but will we be at .0001 by then post split or what?

It's hard to run when you have shot off your own foot with foolish mistakes like handing out 6 times the OS in shares to insiders like candy after a 200:1 R/S that served no useful purpose?

Right now we are down 98% since the day Ponder and Keith took over, with no sign of a real bottom, just endless Quick-Sand?

Someone(s) are staging a rally here today.

Toxic MMs are way up at .35 and .45

That massive trade at .101 a day ago may have set the bottom and woke folks up here?

Large bids are pilling up and raising the bid today. And trades are already up 29%

SGSI news flash!!!!

Somebody just filed an SEC filling showing they now own 9.99% of the company (ICLD) that owns most if not all of SGSI's debt to ICLD.

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/intercloud-systems-inc-ICLD/stock-news/79150115/amended-statement-of-ownership-sc-13g-a

Somebody with spare time might want to find out who they are?

Also, if ICLD has little debt left (????) and own most of the SGSI debt, what happens if SGSI buys or merges with ICLD?

Debt vanishes, as shares issued to the seller. Poof the debt is gone in 60 seconds?

What is the market cap of ICLD, the price we would pay if we bought ICLD (and thus bought SGSI debt?). How much debt does ICLD have left of its own, and what is the floor price on it.
